By
using onTrack experience and support a company can generate big improvements. By participating
in onTrack lead projects the organisation will
learn some about the methods and practical means of driving those processes.
However, we know that in most cases the critical
"knowledge and confidence mass" required to actually do it on your own
is not reached in that way.
A strong part of onTrack company philosophy is to
also educate - and train - the customers above that critical level.
Short term that is of course a bit like cutting the
branch you are sitting on but long term it will increase the successful use of
the methods, which will further increase the interest from other customers or
other areas at the customer.
Old
saying:
"Give a man a fish and he will eat today - Give him a fishing net and he
will never more go hungry".

says:
"Help a customer to good business and he will be happy today - Educate
him to continue doing it and he will stay even happier".
