Product Cost – critical factor in most companies

Ever since start onTrack management has focused product cost reduction.

In order to work with that we have developed processes to run complete projects, how to assist in starting up a cost reduction team and a number of cost reduction tools.

Common for all is that we start with an analysis to know what tools to apply in each case.

The CRP, Cost Reduction Project, is a complete commitment from start to implemented reduction.

The IA, Initial Analysis, is the first part of a CRP and is a very good start for teams that have good implementation resources but need to get started and define what activities shall be implemented.
