Value Analysis - VA Training

Value Analysis is the most efficient method to cost optimize a design. By understanding the product cost in detail, the product demands and the way they affect the cost, the team will find the realistic and feasible ways to modify the design.

The method also will provide a quick and effective way of evaluating the suggested actions in order to prepare them for direct entry into the implementation organization.

This training is aimed for the persons that shall facilitate Value Analysis projects and covers all phases from system selection to implementation. The pupil is after completion trained to be responsible for VA projects.

The basic level also can be used on a wider group in order to give an orientation and understanding of the method applicability.

Content

	Basic level: Briefing about VA and its applicability
	Step 2: VA training workshop
	Step 3: Follow onTrack in a real VA project
	Step 4: The pupil leads a VA project, onTrack assists
	Step 4 is repeated if necessary until pupil is ready

Objective

To provide the organization with VA facilitators and methodology.

Target group
