Product Calculation Training

A detailed product calculus has two main purposes:

1.                             Powerful input to price negotiations.

2.                             Base for cost reduction work as understanding of cost structure, evaluation of proposals and to establish effect of implemented changes.

Most companies do not have product calculi available.

This is a basic education to provide the participants with the knowledge and confidence to make or assist in calculating.

To give the pupils the method and confidence to start calculate product cost in order to improve negotiation results or start to change product conditions in order to cut cost.
